Student registration includes entitlements of a Full Registration. Students must provide certification that they are enrolled full time at a college of university.

Registration and Cancellation Conditions GPR 2006:

Cancellation:

Registered participants may cancel their registration until May 26, 2006. There is a cancellation fee of $75.00. The rest of the registration fee will be refunded after the symposium.

There is no refund of registration for cancellations received after May 26, 2006.

Cancellations must be done in writing (e-mail, regular mail or fax).

 

Liability:

The Organizing Committee cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to private property of the participants. Participants are advised to take out insurance, as they consider necessary.

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the symposium be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economical events or by force majeure, or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes.

With his/her registration the participant accepts this proviso.

Conference Venue

All meetings and functions will be held at the Blackwell Hotel or the adjacent Pfahl Executive Conference Center. The Outdoor demonstration will take place on the OSU campus. Delegates will have to provide their own transportation to the demonstrations. A map to the facility will be available on-site.
